Sunshine - God made the sunshine to warm the earth and benefit all life forms.
Temperance - God restricted a tree in the garden to see if man would love and obey Him.
Air - God made fresh air in the beginning for the benefit of all.
Rest - God gave the Sabbath day to rest from all common labor, and enjoy worshipping God and He made the night for sleeping.
Trust in Divine Power - Man was to love and trust God who made all things great and small.
The first letter of each word in boldface spells the acronymn NEW START, which is an easy way to remember the eight laws of health given to us by our Creator.
